Include drafts in the "Created" section of the user profile

Currently, the "Created" section of my profile doesn't show drafts:

As far as I can tell, I'm only able to get to drafts by clicking "Start a Proposal" in the header, which is nonintuitive. I was sure that I had a draft, and bewildered that it had disappeared, so I clicked "Start a Proposal" to make a new one. Then I realized (happily!) that my draft actually had been saved.

So I think it would be good to show drafts in that "Created" section :) And maybe also make them more prominent elsewhere in the UI? I don't have any good ideas for that, though.
