Direct link to page tabs

The grant system has may pages with tabs, e.g., the discussion tab within proposals. There is no way to directly link to these tabs. For example, if I want to point someone to a proposal discussion, I'll need to say "go to https://grants.zfnd.org/proposals/575713843 and then click the Discussion tab".

Fix all such cases to update the page URL when the tab is clicked, to show a link that opens the tab directly, e.g., https://grants.zfnd.org/proposals/575713843/discussion.

#64 was a special case of this. It's closed now, but when I click the tabs in a profile page, I don't see the browsers' URL bar changing.

Thanks for opening this feature request! We'll definitely keep this in mind for the future, I agree direct linking would be nice to expose.
