Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The chat is spammed with now playing messages by Quaver even if there is no human in the channel with 24/7 enabled.

Describe the solution you'd like
An on and off switch for this, Quaver will stop sending now playing messages with 24/7 enabled with it toggled as disabled and vice-versa.
