I created twice a Seafile instance on the root folder (/) of a subdomain seafile.domain.tld the setup goes as expected, but when I log in to any of the users using this server in my android app, it doesn't sync to my actual libraries.

If I create new libraries on the mobile, it will only appear on mobile and the same is for the website.
It does work properly if I make it as domain.tld/seafile

Do you have any ideia of what might be happening?

Quite difficult to say exactly what is happening but it's probably linked to some customisation that I needed to do for the root install.

On the web interface is everything ok ?

Yes, on the web everything is as it should be. For instance, in the mobile, when I log in to a new account, there's nothing, not even the default library.

I didn't get the time to test it on the desktop, but will do as soon as possible.

This issue seems to be part of a bigger issue revolving around ldap and usernames, that I currently opened with more description in #44.
So in order to keep things clean for those who come, I'll close this one.
