can you make office documents compatible?
I crated paperless on a docker host with tika, redis and gotenberg as addon container.

Tika and Gotenberg are also necessary to add emails in .eml format to Paperless-ngx.

Bump for office documents; official Paperless-NGX documentation lists support for Office docs, but this version doesn't seem to.
