i not use the plugin all the time? what is default and the site can keep working?

Please describe what you expected to happen and why.

have options they not detailed.
now is little problem if this option need to be all the time on.

How can we reproduce this behavior?

1. to provide a default to the plugin without any change in the website SEO.
2. More detailed?
3. XML site-map cache? is good if you off the cache forever? how can i know if the plugin not actually
   cause issues when he activated and he doesn't have some default setting for regular operate sites?

you have 5 modes, what is the best one for Production and not Debuging?

1. Live
2. Staging
3. Stagin live - or something like that
   4 .Plugin staging
4. Local

AND IF YOU CAN PROVIDE MORE INFO FOR THE REST.
