api的调用并不稳定，如果可以直接调用本地的moegoe就好了。

可以的，只不过本地模型运行会占用大量硬件资源，用户的接受程度比较小
考虑做一个选项来开启本地模式

不是的，这个repo只是拿作者的api来用
