Do some CI magic to put the correct yeswiki version in

yeswiki/includes/constants.php

Line 7 in 0e58ac9

define('YESWIKI_RELEASE', '2020-01-22-1');

ideally, the CI should also run composer install to have all the dependencies in the package.
