I am facing the following issue with one of the genomes I am annotating, while maker is working fine with other genomes. As the error is not super descriptive, I am looking for help to resolve the issue
Substitution loop at /u/sayyadb/programs/maker/bin/../lib/Fasta.pm line 296, line 9.
