mjb.categories.minCount mostly ignored in Other,Genre,Title,Year

I have several movies that have a unique genre for my collection. 1 Sports Film, 1 Indie film. mjb.categories.minCount=3 from the default properties, but I still get a Genres_Indie_1.html generated and linked to from Categories.html.

I'm using an Aeon based skin. I'm using themoviedb for scraping.

I've tried reindexing, deleting xml and html files, reindexing. Doesn't seem to matter.

I did a test with just 1 movie to see what would happen. Certification is not generated (correctly) and there is mention in the log that it is because it is below the minCount. I'll attach my log.
