Game specific issue on 17.0.0

With new atmosphere out with support for 17.0.0 the emuiibo ovl works with seemingly positive connected status however the emuiibos do not trigger.

To replicate, use emuiibo 1.1.1
Atmosphere 1.6.2 + sigpatchs, FW 17.0.0, latest tesla menu.

Update: it seems to be game specific.
Emulation works on Breath of the wild, but does not work in Skyrim.

FYI: I am using a mod compatible version of Skyrim v65536, not v262144

Somewhat of a find. When mods are disabled in Skyrim, emuiibo works. However in breath of the wild, mods do not affect emuiibo even when they remain enabled.

Can someone test to see if the plug-in to surpass 10 mods in Skyrim is the culprit?
