Add new tag for games no longer on Playstation Plus

Would it be possible to add a new tag to any playstation plus/subscription games once they're removed from the service?

I think an ideal state would be to match functionality with the xbox/gamepass library where you can have a setting to auto-remove, tag, or get notifications for titles that leave.
