HTML report should contain a table where each row has:

Link to the CodeChecker run,
Number of defects found
Time of analysis
Successful analysis actions / all analysis actions
Number of assertion failures
Optionally the peak memory usage
Optionally the link to precise coverage report
Optionally the link to the statistics
Optionally the link to bug path statistics

Since the majority of the enumerated points are implemented, I close this report and opened two separate ones for the missing pieces. #27 and #26
