功能需求

如题，评论由作者筛选后展示的回答，基本上都是广告营销，毫无价值，而且翻到最后面才知道是卖课的。

预期目标

首页推荐流和问题的回答，如果评论区是 ”评论由作者筛选后展示“， 则屏蔽该回答。
关注的人的回答，可以不屏蔽。
