Locational API seriously needs a general update

It seems like the API hasn't been updated in several years, which has made much of the locational information wildly out of date. During the bonfire festival, the Identifier in Detlas is in the wrong spot, and the Armor Merchant and Blacksmith in Detlas have had their locations swapped for a long time now. The entirety of Tempo Town has no npc location data present... These are only the first few issues I've noticed after returning, and several of them have been issues since before I stopped playing a couple years back.

In addition to the above: Nesaak has entirely incorrect location data for NPCs as well. Almost all of them are at least slightly misplaced, most are just entirely incorrect. The Seaskipper is incorrectly south of where it actually is on the Nodguj Nation.
