• I am very happy that you can try this software and take an issue. But to be honest, there are still many features still under development and not yet stable.
• This issue may be due to limited network access to the OpenAI API website（ https://api.openai.com ）. Perhaps you need to configure the network proxy, such as enabling System Proxy, so that Python can access OpenAI through your proxy server.
• In addition, your issue reminded me that users should be allowed to manually specify the proxy server address. I will add this feature in future versions. Thank you for your question.
