Data views: for pages, have posts and homepage have them sticky at the top of the list

After setting homepage and posts page in Settings > Reading and returning to the Site Editor > Pages, these pages become hard to find as they aren't stickied at the top of the list.

To replicate:

1. Create a handful of pages.
2. Go to Settings > Reading and set both homepage and blog page to be different pages.
3. Return to Appearance > Editor > Pages.
4. Notice that these two important pages aren't listed at the top together.

Agree with this. The tricky part is we need to respect table sorting; so I'd lean towards making this optional.

For table layout #64678 proposes an option for users to 'pin' rows. This would allow people to make any page easily accessible, not just the homepage/posts page. The feature may make sense in list layout too.
