On the Mentoring Community Organizers Quiz

I have completed a course but when I answered the Quiz. The Answers were selected as incorrect but I was suggested the very answers as correction and allowed to go to the next lesson. This needs to be fixed. I am available in case help is required

Currently, the way the learning management system is configured is the quizzes are not mandatory to pass. This is to ensure there least amount of friction for learnings.

I fixed it by activating the 'Auto grade' option. It was not selected.
