Desktop and Android App crashing with Antistasi missions #19

I just experienced multiple crashed with the desktop app as well as the mobile app in combination with the Antistasi missions.

Hardware:
PC:
Intel Core i7-6400k, 32Gb DDR3 RAM, GTX1070, Arma and mods installed on SSD
Tablet:
Samsung Galaxy Tab A7, literally bought new today

To reproduce:

  • start desktop app as well as android app
  • localhost fresh antistasi mission
  • during the mission loading the first markers will appear on desktop and android app
  • a few seconds later both crash at the same time
  • in most instances it crashed before I even got the ingame window regarding the terrain-loading

My suspicion:
Too many markers are created/changed in a too short period of time which is overloading the system

When there is anything I can do to give you more information, let me know.

Here a picture with a crashed map of Livonia.
All the red lines are in the "roads" layer.

The red lines are railways.
Fixed in Arma 2.04 update. Or you could run Arma performance/profiling branch

Thank you.
Just to have it mentioned, the crash also happened on Malden and Stratis.
But I will check within the next few days with profiling and report back.
