We have new texts for recommended actions here:
WoTTsecurity/wott-io#198

We need to implement these as part of the design.

All the text elements in WoTTsecurity/wott-io#198 should be up to date.

The blocks are implemented (as a design), also implemented is a way to load them from a YAML config file where they're stored as Markdown.
