Different use cases warrant different default settings for new folders. In all my use cases, I want to be able to check previous versions of the files. Thus, for the Syncthing app for ClearOS, let's override this and activate "File Versioning" by default (staggered). And the IMO less frequent cases that's File Versioning is not desired, the end-user can turn it off.

Also, we want to be able to set "send only" by default for new folders. Use case: a production server, and this is to disseminate backups: http://wikisuite.org/TRIM-and-Syncthing-for-automated-offsite-backups
