License for the content

We are planning to use your standard as base for X-Road REST API Standards in Finland (https://github.com/educloudalliance/api-standards/blob/master/README.md). We were not able to find license for the content. Rather than assuming that content is public domain, we would like to know if you have considered license for the material? Perhaps CC license? Knowing it would make our life easier.
