Those additions are correct for a grid setup.
When running the region you will not see any log details about the connection to the Vivox system.
The connection information will be shown only in the log of the grid server and may take some time until the connection to the Vivox servers has been completed.
I will recheck this and look at adding some confirmation that voice is enabled during startup/
