Instance events not supported

Fortunately I caught this tracking down a compiler warning (if there's a known bug in the codebase, it should be documented in an issue). From Process.hs:

380  -  The structure of status data in instance events is complicated
381  -  and inconsistent. Requires further digging to fully leverage. Since
382  -  pollsters are currently supported, events will be supported later.

I think this is no longer an issue as it has been demonstrated that instance pollsters have more than enough information to accurately bill/meter on.
