PlotQC breaks with Shapemapper_v2.2.0 #33

QC plots do not work with Shapemapper_v2.2.0, but work with earlier versions of Shapemapper.

Thanks Scott,

For others: this is because the log file from ShapeMapper v2.2 has a slightly different format to previous versions.

I will ask Tony if they can support a new standardized output file to contain QC information.
