Collaborative New Iran Constitution

In the era of internet and connectivity, it would be interesting to open to public on what they want in the new Iran constitution.
I envision this as some sort of a platform to upvote ideas, similar to what we do in here, so people can have a voice on what matters to them.
These results can then be used to draft a new constitution. If done with high participation, I think this would be a first in world too.
