Quad element MP local location not updated

Subroutine UpdateParticlePos()

updates the local location of the material points. It was created for triangular elements and prevents the local location of quad elements from being updated correctly. for the time being I commented out the error check that was created for triangular elements. The quad element local location are being updated correctly now. An error condition for the triangle and quad element needs to be added though.
