New branch for pull request German Layout QWERTZ 6x5 full thumb #5

Hello. I created a config for the 6x5 full thumb which will simulate a German QWERTZ layout.

I would like to offer a pull request but I would suggest we should put this to an extra branch.

Please tell me if you would create a new branch so I can pull request to it.
