如果某个tableview内容不足一页, 会出现滚动到顶部的bug #1

加入一共有2个table,第一个有很多数据,沾满一屏幕.第二个只有很少几个,不足一屏幕.
此时第一页滑动到下面某个位置, 点击cell 跳转到另一个页面(比如详情页)时, 第一个table会瞬间滚动到顶部
