Ben noted about how the Grafana integration would be used on remote terminals where there is no access to FPMS.
Therefore it is important that the start/stop of the streaming service is manageable from the UI.
The suggestion is to turn the current streaming scripts into a service which take parameters and we use the current API to start and stop the streaming from the web menu.
