Basic dropdowns for data type, cruise, cast, etc.

Produce URL and generated code

Look into using GitHub pages to build a static website providing navigation through existing data and code snippets for downloading it.

Deliver this before requiring authentication to the API #34

This is outside the primary use case of the REST API and it's unclear if people would use it, so I'm tabling this as low priority.
