Grade in TNMAide

In the next version (not a hot fix), we can discuss changing the GUI to ask whether the grade is 1.5 or greater (as opposed to entering a number for the grade), or asking whether heavy trucks are in full throttle. This would avoid users searching for an exact value for grade when TNMAide just needs to know whether it is greater than or less than 1.5.
