Improvements to TMC selection GUI interface including copying and pasting TMC ids and selecting through clicks

TMC ids should be copy+pastable. There are also some other improvements we could implement including which TMC ids are output on the interface and to the output file. Also should try to figure out how to display both direction links even when they are on top of each other.
