Form Text Area cannot handle newline character well

Same issue as business table

You need to at least do some edit to Text Area Field (like just space and delete back), then we can submit. If not, it will show error.

I tested in ver 4.9 also.

Same issue, You need to at least edit to those field with newline characters, then you can submit. Else error.
