# Contributor License Agreement

This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") is agreed to by the party signing below ("You"), and conveys certain license rights to Your contributions to Science Communications World Wide e.V for the World-Wide.org project. This Agreement is effective as of the date You first submitted a Contribution to us. Co-founders of Science Communications World Wide e.V are Panos Bozelos and Tim Vogels.

## 1. Definitions

"Contribution" shall mean any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that is submitted by You to us for inclusion in, or documentation of, the World-Wide.org project.

"We" or "Us" shall mean the Science Communications World Wide e.V, the owner(s) of the World-Wide.org project.

## 2. Grant of Rights

(A) Copyright License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to Us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

(B) Patent License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to Us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by Your Contribution(s) alone or by combination of Your Contribution(s) with the World-Wide.org project.

## 3. Restrictions

(A) NonCommercial: You agree not to use this Work for commercial purposes.

(B) No Derivatives: If You remix, transform, or build upon the material, You may not distribute the modified material.

## 4. You represent that:

(A) Your Contributions are created in whole or in part by You and You have the right to submit them under the terms of this Agreement;

(B) Your Contributions do not violate any law, infringe or violate any third party rights, and do not constitute disclosure of any confidential information;

(C) You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.

## 5. You agree to notify Us of any facts or circumstances of which You become aware that would make Your representations in this Agreement inaccurate in any respect.
