removes the manual postchain management, and instead make postchains created sub postchains for the indiviual passes
this fixes some mods relying on post chains, but some mds also use raw rendertargets, whichthis doesn't fix
this might not work for 1.21.3+, or not be needed there, since everything regarding postchains changed there
