Interaction between molecule/protein and DNA glyph is sometimes incorrect if SBOL does not provide enough information about where the interaction is occurring on the circuit (which glyph exactly the interaction should be on). If one of the participants maps to the circuit aka engineered-region, there should be a box around the whole circuit and all the interactions should point to this box.
