How can I create a custom link to trigger the cookie settings dialog popup? #6

Hi,
I wonder if I can create a custom link in my footer to replace the default CookieHub round "settings icon".
I would like to create a simple "Privacy" link, then lauch the settings dialog. I saw that but can't figure how to use it within Gatsby: https://support.cookiehub.com/hc/en-us/articles/360041344172-Opening-the-cookie-settings-dialog

How can I achieve that using your plugin?
