Cannot publish vendor file / documentation has spelling error #24

Publishing the config file with
"php artisan vendor:publish --provider ='Vinelab\UrlShortener\UrlShortenerServiceProvider'" does not work.

there is a space before the "=" that should not be there. (as a hint hint for the copy and paste people like myself)
