Setup travis CI. We should make sure to test all supported HDF5 versions.

CI has been added in #22, however we currently only test

on Ubuntu 16.04 (both devel & stable Nim branch)
only the HDF5 version in the 16.04 repositories

Before we close this, the upper two should be addressed.
