A way to convert circuit into a blueprint disk?

it would be neat to have a "reverse engineer" that converts a circuit item into something that can be saved onto a blueprint disk.
Maybe with a config option to set the chance of the circuit being destroyed?

I left this out on purpose, its difficult to disassemble a real IC, hence it would need many crafting steps and a complicated system. I'm thinking about cleanrooms which would also change the way circuits are crafted.
