@Victorious3, I just want to make sure this bug doesn't exist anymore... are you sure that it doesn't happen? have you checked all orientations and all sides?

Just to note, it happened when the bottom of a segment was connected to an integrated circuit with bundled IO. Not sure what the orientation of the circuit was, but it was the correct one for a connection.
