How do I test VenafiPS code updates in a pull request?

Bring the new branch local, https://docs.github.com/en/pull-requests/collaborating-with-pull-requests/reviewing-changes-in-pull-requests/checking-out-pull-requests-locally
open a new powershell prompt and run import-module <path-to-venafips.psd1> -force
test all code that changed, validate help is correct and complete, etc
