Issue description

The advancement for building a beacon is not awarded upon doing so. This prevents the player from unlocking the section in the Patchouli guide under Lissa's Advice called "Beacon Bending".

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a beacon structure out of your desired resource block.
2. Place the beacon, wait for it to power up.
3. Observe the advancement not being granted.

Other information

This bug seems to be removed if you disable the "Beacon Redirection" module in the Quark config. Which ironically is the section of Lissa's guide that you would unlock if the advancement was functioning correctly.
