Keyboard use problems in installer

Issue Description

When using the installer, it is difficult to only use a keyboard. It is not always clearly visible where the keyboard focus is. On top of this, it seems impossible to get to the 'back' button via tabbing. Navigating list (e.g., locale) is cumbersome, for example typing 'us' in the keyboard layouts does not make 'us' the first selected item.

Affected users could be those that don't have a mouse handy, users with unconnected bluetooth mice, but also users with disabilities.

Steps to Reproduce

Unplug mouse
Start installer
Try using installer for a few minutes.
Try navigating back after a few installation steps.
Try selecting a language with multiple kb variants for your keyboard.
