Compatibility Report

  • Issues found
    The game runs very slow on the latest Proton. 9 When switching to Proton 7.0-6 the framerate is getting better.
    The movement stutters a lot. The location of the character jitters every 0.1 seconds a small bit.

  • Steam AppID of the game:
    1641960

System Information

  • GPU: RX 5700 XT
  • Video driver version: Mesa 24.2.7
  • Kernel version: 6.10.9-1
  • Link to full system information report as Gist:
  • Proton version: Experimental but switched back to 7.0-6

I confirm:

  • that I haven't found an existing compatibility report for this game.
  • that I have checked whether there are updates for my system available.

Symptoms

The game runs slow on the latest Proton. 9 When switching to Proton 7.0-6 the framerate is getting better.
The movement stutters somewhat. The location of the character seems to jump every 0.1 seconds a small bit when there are more objects nearby.

Reproduction

This happens all the time for the last 6 months.

Setting the graphics to DX11 instead of DX12 does fix the stuttering.
The framerate still stays quite low.
