Symptoms

Can't Start Game, just crashes with mgs::File::CHandle::Open() failed.

I've tried with both the English and Japanese language version. I started with the Japanese version.

Reproduction

1. Install the game
2. Change Language to Japanese and run the update (error occurs on English too).
3. Start the game.

Completely different error on my Arch machine with native Steam package when I try to play with English on Proton 9.0-3:

But when I try in Japanese Proton 9.0-3, the game launches successfully.

This machine has a NVIDIA card running 565.57.01-8.
