I get a access denied on all versions of IE..I am trying this from localhost..how to get around this

For one, it's the root repo of this repo. Contrary to the message at the top of this project's readme, Valums-File-Uploader/file-uploader is actually a fork of Fine Uploader (not the other way around).

While Fine Uploader has progressed quite a bit in the last couple years with a ton of new features and bugfixes, Valums-File-Uploader/file-uploader has been frozen in time. And, as you can see, no one at all is even interested in seriously maintaining this fork. So, if you want a modern solution that works well and is well supported, check out Fine Uploader (the project this now dead fork is based off of).

This repo was forked off of SimonEast/file-uploader, which was forked off of valums/file-uploader which was then renamed Widen/fine-uploader (and is now FineUploader/fine-uploader).
