There should be a specific, new edit link generated and it should be made invalid when a child chronicle exists.
It should generate a uuid on the chronicle edit component and share an edit link with the user, prompting them to save it, and letting them know it only works until there is a child chronicle.
The edit interface should only contain player actions, and it should be able to "lock" a player (ie, "I'm editing this player") so when updates come in, it can show them in real time. It should also only patch the specific player, instead of doing a full resubmit
