Decide on better defaults for facet titles?

I think that the current defaults for the facet titles are a little ugly and could use some simplification/ tweaking (maybe removing the gray fill entirely, or at least using an urbn gray fill). Below is an example from a recent project me and Alena are working on that I think isn't ugly, but could be improved.

All the above is currently just me speaking, but will prob be good to get input/final say from Comms here on design/colors for small multiple text. Also apologies if y'all already did this and this is what Comms decided was best.
